Shipping Policy
~ Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped out.
~ All orders are shipped through USPS based on price/weight.
~ *Domestic orders* that are over $35.00 will receive FREE Shipping.
~ *International orders* will NOT receive FREE Shipping.
~ Scrunchies are made in "Small Batches" with limited quantities.
~ Colors will vary from batch to batch, although may sometimes barely be noticeable.
Return & Exchange Policy
~ All Sales are FINAL unless there is an issue with the integrity/defect of the scrunchie.
~ All necessary returns will be FREE for the customer.
~ Please keep in mind that due to "Small Batches" we may be out of your desired color in place of a return. However, we will do our best to ensure you receive something close or any other color you may prefer.
~ NO exchanges can be made unless the product is damaged or defected.
